LearnHow Blue – Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: August 1, 2026

Welcome to LearnHow Blue (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website, mobile application, BlueCOMMUNITY portal, and related services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. The Services

LearnHow Blue is an AI Reskilling Ecosystem designed to educate users, convert technical documentation into standardized training via our AI Creator Studio (AICS), connect certified talent with employers via our Talent Connect system, and facilitate industry networking. Our Services are available to individual learners (“Users” or “Blue Members”), approved tech vendors (“Vendors”), and hiring companies (“Employers”).

2. User Accounts, BlueCOMMUNITY Conduct & Skill Wallet

To access certain features, including the BlueCOMMUNITY, your digital Skill Wallet, or partner dashboards, you must register for an account.

  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
  • BlueCOMMUNITY Standards: The BlueCOMMUNITY is a professional networking and educational space. You agree to use it respectfully. Harassment, spamming, unauthorized data harvesting, commercial solicitation, and the posting of offensive material will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of account privileges.
  • Profile Accuracy & Automated Credentials: To utilize the Talent Connect system effectively, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete personal profile information. You acknowledge that upon completion of an assessment, the AICS engine will automatically record and cryptographically sign your verified test scores, user ID, user name, and certification status directly to your digital Skill Wallet.

3. Talent Connect, Skill-Gated Locks & “Cold Proof” Certification

LearnHow Blue provides a matching system designed to validate candidate competency by providing Employers with “cold proof” of verified technical certifications.

  • Skill-Gated Application Logic: Access to submit job applications to Employers through the Talent Connect system is governed by automated “Skill Gates.” If your profile lacks the required cryptographically verified Certificate of Completion (CoC) for a designated position, submission UI elements will remain locked, and you may be redirected to a skill gap analysis or corresponding AICS training course.
  • Consented Data Sharing: By initiating a job application or toggling your profile status to active discovery within Talent Connect, you explicitly consent to the transmission of your verified Skill Wallet credentials, assessment metrics, and contact details to prospective Employers.
  • No Guarantee of Employment: While Talent Connect bridges certified candidates with Employers, LearnHow Blue does not guarantee job placement, interview invitations, or specific compensation outcomes.
  • Certification Integrity & Revocation: Certification validity relies on the legitimate completion of courses. LearnHow Blue reserves the right to audit assessment attempts and invalidate or revoke any credential or Skill Wallet record if fraud, academic dishonesty, or source document invalidation is detected.

4. Subscriptions & Membership Tiers

Access to advanced features—including unlocked premium matchmaking, direct employer discovery, elevated community tools, and partner payout controls—requires maintaining a designated membership tier (Blue, BluePRO, or BlueELITE).

  • Billing & Access: Subscription fees, billing frequencies, and upgrade terms for BluePRO and BlueELITE tiers are presented at the time of purchase. Access to paid tier features is contingent upon maintaining an active, non-delinquent account.
  • Refund Policy: All subscription fees and tier upgrade payments are non-refundable unless clearly stated or where explicitly required by applicable law.

5. Member Program & Tiered Referral Commissions

All registered free users are designated as Blue Members and are automatically granted access to participate in the LearnHow Blue affiliate referral program.

  • Commission Rates & Tier Rules: Referral commissions are paid strictly as a one-time transaction fee based on the direct upgrade fee generated when a contact who registered via your unique referral link upgrades to a paid tier:
    • BlueBASIC Member (Free Tier): Earns a 20% one-time commission on the direct initial upgrade fee when a referred contact purchases a BluePRO or BlueELITE membership. Payouts follow standard processing schedules.
    • BluePRO Member: Earns a 30% one-time commission on direct referred upgrades to paid tiers, with access to expanded partner tracking tools and analytics.
    • BlueELITE Member: Earns a 40% one-time commission on direct referred upgrades, with access to expedited weekly withdrawal options and priority partner management tools.
  • Non-Recurring & Direct Referral Limitation: Commissions apply strictly to the initial paid upgrade transaction. Referral commissions do not recur on monthly subscription renewals, secondary tier renewals, or multi-level downstream referrals (there are no multi-tier overrides).
  • FTC Compliance & Marketing Standards: You agree to share referral links ethically and in full compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines. You shall not:
    1. Use unsolicited bulk messaging (spam), deceptive ad copy, or forced click redirects.
    2. Guarantee specific income outcomes or employment results to prospective members.
    3. Misrepresent LearnHow Blue membership pricing, tier capabilities, or compensation models.
  • FTC Income Disclaimer: LearnHow Blue makes no representation or guarantee regarding earnings under the referral program. Sample commission calculations or partner earnings projections do not constitute a guarantee of actual performance.
  • Payouts & Audit Rights: Payout schedules and thresholds are accessible via your 24/7 member dashboard. LearnHow Blue reserves the right to audit referral activity, hold pending payouts, or permanently disqualify members found engaging in self-referral loops, system exploitation, or deceptive promotion.  BlueBASIC members are paid monthly.  BluePRO and BlueELITE are paid weekly, when earned commissions are $100 or more from each member.

6. Intellectual Property & AI Scraping Restrictions

All platform assets, branding, proprietary software, source code, visual interfaces, video courses, dynamic assessment logic, and patent-pending systems—including the AICS engine architecture, the Talent Connect algorithm, and Skill Gate routing mechanisms—are the exclusive property of LearnHow Blue.

  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of our proprietary ecosystem without explicit prior written consent.
  • Anti-Scraping & Machine Learning Restriction: You are strictly prohibited from utilizing web scrapers, crawlers, data mining tools, or automated scripts to extract platform content, assessment items, video modules, or candidate data. Furthermore, no content from LearnHow Blue may be ingested, scraped, or harvested to train, fine-tune, or benchmark external Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.

7. AI Engine Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • AICS Transformation Pipeline Disclaimer: The AICS engine automates the conversion of vendor-supplied documentation (e.g., text manuals, slide decks, SOPs) into video courses and assessments. LearnHow Blue does not independently verify the factual accuracy, completeness, or safety of third-party vendor materials. Vendors remain solely responsible for the technical accuracy of their source documentation.
  • “As Is” Provision: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: In no event shall LearnHow Blue, its founders, officers, directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost employment opportunities, business interruption, or loss of data—arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Services or AICS training outputs.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

9. Modifications to the Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this document and notify users via email or a prominent notification within the BlueCOMMUNITY dashboard. Your continued use of the Services after such notification constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised Terms.

The Crash

At 3:00 PM on a Tuesday, the doors closed. “Restructuring,” they called it. In ten minutes, ten years of expertise were wiped off the payroll. Marcus walked out with a box of personal items and a clock ticking toward the 1st of the month.

Marcus didn’t fall into the “Search-and-Fail” cycle. Instead, he entered the BlueCommunity. He didn’t need a resume to get in; he just needed his experience.

He hadn’t looked for a job in a decade. He didn’t have a resume, and he didn’t know how to turn “floor-level mastery” into the digital keywords that heartless AI bots demand.

He knew he needed to pivot to technical maintenance or AI-integrated logistics, but the “re-skilling” courses cost thousands of dollars he didn’t have.

Traditional schools take months. Marcus had days before the bills turned red.

Marcus didn’t have to wait for the AICS tech to be finished to start solving his financial crisis. The moment he joined, he moved from “unemployed” to an active participant in the ecosystem.

Marcus didn’t have to “sell” or create content. LearnHow Blue provided him with a library of pre-made ads, professional videos, and graphics in the BlueCOMMUNITY, including instructions on how to post, if needed.

All Marcus had to do was post these assets to his social media along with his unique Partner ID. When his former coworkers and friends clicked and joined the movement, the system tracked the connection.

By simply sharing the video that leads people to the “Blue-Collar AI Playbook”, and the vision of the Verified Blue-Collar Network of LearnHow Blue, Marcus began generating immediate commissions. This provided the critical breathing room to keep his mortgage current and his family fed while he prepared for the technical transition.

While the Referral Program kept his bills paid, once a new tech vendor came online, Marcus was able to see a video of what the tech vendor’s system focused on, and was able to sign up for their course at the price the vendor decided to charge once it went live.

Marcus didn’t have to go to a classroom or read 500-page PDFs. The AICS technology took the complex Technical Manuals from the new tech vendors and converted them into a high-speed, mobile-ready online call, complete with the Quiz Simulator.

Marcus spent his downtime on his phone, moving from learning to the quiz simulator. It turned dry technical data into an interactive, competitive experience. He wasn’t just “reading” about new AI-integrated warehouse systems; he was mastering them through the AICS conversion.

Every time Marcus passed a module in the Quiz Simulator, the system logged his progress. He was building the knowledge on how to pass the final Certification Test, based on his performance in the simulator—Once he passed with a  score of 80% or more, he is now considered a Certified Tech on this tech vendor’s system, where licensed corporations can view them directly.

Because Marcus stayed engaged in the community and helped refine the AICS logic, he is no longer a stranger “applying” for a job.

When the Kickstarter hits its goal and the Tech Vendors officially onboard, Marcus is at the front of the line.

The system was built for him. He didn’t have to pay for a $2,000 bootcamp because the Blue Partner network and community funding cleared the path.

Marcus isn’t “starting over.” He is leveling up. By using the Blue-Collar AI Playbook strategy, he took a decade of sweat equity and turned it into a certified, AI-ready career.

He didn’t need a resume. He needed a bridge. LearnHow Blue was that bridge.
