Operations & BlueCOMMUNITY Director

The Mission

LearnHow Blue is seeking a meticulous and systems-oriented leader to serve as our Operations & BlueCOMMUNITY Director. You are the backbone of the organization. While the engineers build the AI, you build the company. Your mission is to manage the three vital organs of our startup: our Global HR, our Financial Integrity (Accounting), and the BlueCOMMUNITY ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global HR & Talent Orchestration
  • Offshore Management: Source, onboard, and manage our global workforce via Outsource Accelerator. You are responsible for the performance and culture of our remote support and technical teams.
  • Founding Six Coordination: Act as the internal “Glue” for the founding team, managing calendars, meeting cadences, and ensuring all partners are aligned with the Nevada LLC’s objectives.
  • Compliance: Oversee basic HR compliance and independent contractor agreements as we scale toward the May 1st launch.

Accounting & Financial Systems

  • Revenue Integrity: Manage the “Money Pipes.” You will oversee the our Affiliate Program including payouts with Stripe integrations to ensure every dollar from Blue Partner membership upgrades is accounted for.
  • Payout Oversight: Ensure accurate and timely commissions for our affiliate network and payroll for our global staff.
  • Financial Reporting: Provide the Founder (Stafon Levine) with weekly “Pulse Reports” on cash flow, burn rate, and the projected ROI of our Corporate Bulk Tiers

BlueCOMMUNITY Ecosystem Management

  • Member Lifecycle: Own the “Retrained → Certified → Connected” journey within FluentCRM. You ensure the automated workflows are guiding $0 cost Blue Members toward their career goals.
  • Community Health: Monitor the engagement levels of the BlueCOMMUNITY. You are responsible for maintaining a high-trust environment where workers feel supported as they navigate the AI transition.
  • Support & Conflict Resolution: Lead the front-line support team in resolving member issues, ensuring the LearnHow Blue brand remains synonymous with world-class service.

Requirements

  • The “Operator” DNA: You have a background in business administration, operations, or fractional COO roles.
  • Financial Literacy: Comfortable managing digital ledgers and affiliate payout systems. You don’t need to be a CPA, but you must be “fluent in the numbers.”
  • People First: Exceptional emotional intelligence. You can manage a support agent in the Philippines as effectively as a high-level partner in Nevada.
  • Tech-Enabled: Highly proficient in the FluentAffiliate, FluentCommunity, FluentCRM, and modern project management tools.

The Benefits

  • Equity & Ownership: A significant equity stake in LearnHow Blue LLC.
  • Founder Status: Your name on the masthead as a core architect of the “Labor as Capital” movement.
  • Digital Nomad Flexibility: Work from anywhere, with the opportunity to join the team for international residencies.
  • Scalable Upside: Participation in the revenue success of the Talent Connect and Corporate Sponsorship models.

Compensation & Benefits

This role is designed for a digital nomad who thrives on results and wants their income to scale alongside the platform’s growth:

  • The Financial Package: $1,500 per month PLUS 1.4% of total company sales.

  • The Growth Potential: This structure is engineered to reward your ability to drive traffic, with projected scaling aimed at ~$4,400/mo. as the community expands.

  • The Founding Stake: You receive a significant equity stake in LearnHow Blue LLC and a permanent place on the “Founding-7” masthead.

(Imagine getting 2% of Apple or Microsoft when they were on the ground floor).

The Crash

At 3:00 PM on a Tuesday, the doors closed. “Restructuring,” they called it. In ten minutes, ten years of expertise were wiped off the payroll. Marcus walked out with a box of personal items and a clock ticking toward the 1st of the month.

Marcus didn’t fall into the “Search-and-Fail” cycle. Instead, he entered the BlueCommunity. He didn’t need a resume to get in; he just needed his experience.

He hadn’t looked for a job in a decade. He didn’t have a resume, and he didn’t know how to turn “floor-level mastery” into the digital keywords that heartless AI bots demand.

He knew he needed to pivot to technical maintenance or AI-integrated logistics, but the “re-skilling” courses cost thousands of dollars he didn’t have.

Traditional schools take months. Marcus had days before the bills turned red.

Marcus didn’t have to wait for the AICS tech to be finished to start solving his financial crisis. The moment he joined, he moved from “unemployed” to an active participant in the ecosystem.

Marcus didn’t have to “sell” or create content. LearnHow Blue provided him with a library of pre-made ads, professional videos, and graphics in the BlueCOMMUNITY, including instructions on how to post, if needed.

All Marcus had to do was post these assets to his social media along with his unique Partner ID. When his former coworkers and friends clicked and joined the movement, the system tracked the connection.

By simply sharing the video that leads people to the “Blue-Collar AI Playbook”, and the vision of the Verified Blue-Collar Network of LearnHow Blue, Marcus began generating immediate commissions. This provided the critical breathing room to keep his mortgage current and his family fed while he prepared for the technical transition.

While the Referral Program kept his bills paid, once a new tech vendor came online, Marcus was able to see a video of what the tech vendor’s system focused on, and was able to sign up for their course at the price the vendor decided to charge once it went live.

Marcus didn’t have to go to a classroom or read 500-page PDFs. The AICS technology took the complex Technical Manuals from the new tech vendors and converted them into a high-speed, mobile-ready online call, complete with the Quiz Simulator.

Marcus spent his downtime on his phone, moving from learning to the quiz simulator. It turned dry technical data into an interactive, competitive experience. He wasn’t just “reading” about new AI-integrated warehouse systems; he was mastering them through the AICS conversion.

Every time Marcus passed a module in the Quiz Simulator, the system logged his progress. He was building the knowledge on how to pass the final Certification Test, based on his performance in the simulator—Once he passed with a  score of 80% or more, he is now considered a Certified Tech on this tech vendor’s system, where licensed corporations can view them directly.

Because Marcus stayed engaged in the community and helped refine the AICS logic, he is no longer a stranger “applying” for a job.

When the Kickstarter hits its goal and the Tech Vendors officially onboard, Marcus is at the front of the line.

The system was built for him. He didn’t have to pay for a $2,000 bootcamp because the Blue Partner network and community funding cleared the path.

Marcus isn’t “starting over.” He is leveling up. By using the Blue-Collar AI Playbook strategy, he took a decade of sweat equity and turned it into a certified, AI-ready career.

He didn’t need a resume. He needed a bridge. LearnHow Blue was that bridge.
